CARSTAR Canada is continuing its corporate growth trajectory with the strategic addition of five experienced professionals spanning national sales, field operations, franchise performance management, and business analytics. These leadership appointments reflect CARSTAR Canada’s ongoing investment in strengthening franchise support, enhancing operational repair performance, deepening insurance industry partnerships, and leveraging data-driven insights across its coast-to-coast network of collision repair facilities. 

Dave Foster, SVP of Operations & Development at CARSTAR Canada, stated that these strategic additions demonstrate the brand’s commitment to investing in the specialized expertise and capabilities required to drive continued success across franchise and industry relationships.

To strengthen its commercial account matrix, CARSTAR Canada recently welcomed Aram Zakharian as Director of National Sales. Zakharian brings more than a decade of experience in strategic account management, having previously managed national insurance and fleet partnerships across the country to deliver value-driven claims solutions. On the data infrastructure front, Zach MacPhail has joined the organization as Business Data Analyst. Specializing in SQL, Python, Power BI, and process automation, MacPhail will support analytics initiatives across Driven Brands to deliver actionable insights that optimize network operational performance and identify new revenue streams.

The network’s field operations have been heavily reinforced in Eastern Canada with three key appointments. Joining the Quebec team as Regional Operations Manager, Karine Élément brings over 20 years of collision repair, vehicle damage appraisal, and insurer relations experience to oversee franchise operations throughout Quebec south of the St. Lawrence River. Additionally, CARSTAR Canada has bolstered its performance coaching team with the appointments of Marie-Eve Tanguay and Tony Tombesi as Franchise Performance Managers. Quebec-based Tanguay leverages 25 years of cross-functional collision and insurance leadership to optimize shop key performance indicators (KPIs), while Tombesi applies over 20 years of technical paint, repair, and operational management experience to strengthen insurer scorecard results and drive sustainable business growth initiatives.
