Key Executive Roles & Responsibilities

• Domenic Ieraci, Chief Executive Officer: Will lead overall company performance, strategy, and execution. His focus will be on strengthening alignment across the organization, reinforcing accountability, and ensuring consistent execution as the business continues to scale.

• Paul Prochilo, Chief Growth Officer: Will lead all growth-related initiatives, including insurance partnerships, franchising, acquisitions, and strategic relationships. In this role, he will focus on expanding the Company’s network, strengthening insurer engagement, and driving system-wide revenue growth.
