As Director of People and Culture at CSN Collision, Julie is focused on supporting the people and teams that drive the network forward. Drawn to CSN by its culture and sense of purpose, she saw an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while helping create an environment where individuals can thrive.

Her leadership journey has been shaped by adaptability, continuous learning, and leading through change. These experiences strengthened her resilience and reinforced the importance of empathy and authenticity. Today, Julie leads with empathy, collaboration, and clarity, placing strong emphasis on listening, relationship building, and empowering individuals to succeed while balancing people development with business priorities.
