The CARSTAR Centennial Group, owned by Ira, Ezra, Rob, Tyler, Tim, and Dave Kember, proudly celebrated the grand opening of their newly relocated and renovated facility, CARSTAR New Glasgow, with an event that brought together community leaders, partners, and team members from across Atlantic Canada. 

The celebration featured a ceremonial ribbon cutting, CARSTAR-themed cupcakes, product demos, and plenty of smiles.

Company presidents Ira and Ezra Kember were joined by New Glasgow Mayor Nancy Dicks, CARSTAR Regional Director Dave Meery, Managing Partners Dave and Rob Kember, Production Coordinator Amanda Upham, and Director of Processes and Standards Joe Potter to mark this exciting milestone. 

Began almost 50 years ago 

The Centennial Group’s journey began almost 50 years ago, in Ellerslie in 1976, and has since expanded across the region with locations in Summerside, Charlottetown, Moncton, Riverview, Dieppe, Amherst, Truro, Dartmouth, Dartmouth Crossing, and now New Glasgow.

This new location is proudly owned by Centennial Auto Group and led by Rob Kember, who brings over 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry. Rob continues his family’s proud legacy, following in the footsteps of his father, the original owner of Centennial Auto Body Ltd.
