CSN Crossfield Joins CSN Collision Network, Expanding Services in Alberta

CSN Collision welcomes CSN Crossfield to its growing network of repair centres. Located in Crossfield, Alberta, the shop was opened in 2023 by Waqar, who brings years of hands-on experience in collision repair and customer service.

Waqar began his career as a detailer at 18 and worked his way up, later managing one of the top-performing shops in his previous network. After starting Crossfield Automotive Center, wanting to be part of something bigger, he joined CSN Collision to learn from other shops, stay connected with insurers, and bring even more structure and opportunity to his team. “I had always wanted to be part of a banner,” says Waqar. “I heard great things about CSN, and I’m excited to be part of it now.”

With a population of just 3,600, the community of Crossfield is close-knit. That’s reflected in how the shop operates. At CSN Crossfield, customers are walked through the repair process, offered clear timelines, and treated with respect. “We’re trusted to repair people’s vehicles to a high standard, for them and their families,” says Waqar. “That trust means everything.”

What sets CSN Crossfield apart is its commitment to service. Waqar recalls a retired woman who couldn’t afford a bumper replacement, so he fixed it himself over the weekend at no charge. She returned the next day with homemade cookies, a moment he says he’ll never forget. The shop also stays active in the community by participating in local events like the Crossfield Rodeo and the Elks Demolition Derby.
