Shining on the Ice: CARSTAR Onoway’s Dedication to Young Hockey Stars

CARSTAR Onoway, owned by David Cooper, proudly sponsored the medals for the 2025 Parker Tobin U7 Memorial Jamboree that took place January 18 through 19.

Hosted by the Stony Plain Minor Hockey Association, the event celebrated the hard work and sportsmanship of young hockey players. Owner Dave Cooper got in on the action by lacing up his skates to hand out medals and cheer on the future stars of hockey.

“It’s always a pleasure to support young athletes, especially in such a positive event. Seeing these kids give their all on the ice is truly inspiring,” said David Cooper, Owner of CARSTAR Onoway. “It’s about more than just hockey; it’s about fostering the community spirit that will carry them through life.”

“Supporting youth sports and community initiatives like the Parker Tobin U7 Memorial Jamboree is a key part of CARSTAR’s mission,” said Andrew Northrup, Zone Director, CARSTAR Canada. “We’re proud of owners like David Cooper, who go above and beyond to make a positive impact on the local community and help inspire the next generation of athletes.”

CARSTAR is proud to make a positive impact in the communities it serves through its ongoing dedication and commitment to young athletes.
