Fix Network’s Daryll O’Keefe Appointed to New Role as Vice President of Strategic Business Development for North America.

BLAINVILLE, QC (Feb 10, 2025) – Fix Network, a global leader in the automotive aftermarket services sector, is pleased to announce the promotion of Daryll O’Keefe to the role of Vice President, Strategic Business Development – North America. In this new role, he will focus on driving franchisee sales growth, expanding our network, and enhancing the profitability of Fix Network’s collision brands across both the U.S. and Canada.

Daryll’s journey with Fix Network is a testament to his dedication, strategic vision, and leadership. His relationship with the organization began in 2005 as a supplier partner, leading the conversion of Fix Auto Cambridge to Sherwin-Williams Paints. This marked the start of a successful partnership, as Daryll played a key role in securing a significant share of the Fix Auto paint business, resulting in winning the Fix Auto paint RFP in 2010.

In 2013, Daryll officially joined Fix Network as the General Manager for Ontario, leaving behind a 20-year tenure at Sherwin-Williams. Since then, he has been a driving force behind the organization’s growth and success. His leadership roles have included Regional Vice President for aftermarket brands in Ontario (2016) and Senior Vice President for Ontario, Atlantic, and Western Canada (2022), each reflecting his strategic mindset and commitment to Fix Network’s mission.

Reflecting on his journey, Daryll shared: “I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had at Fix Network and for the trust Steve Leal and the entire team have placed in me over the years. This new role is both an honour and a challenge, and I’m excited to work with our talented teams across North America to drive growth, innovation, and success for our collision brands.”

“Daryll’s dedication, strategic thinking, and ability to build strong relationships have been pivotal to our growth,” adds Steve Leal, President and CEO of Fix Network. “I have no doubt that he will continue to drive incredible results in this new role as we expand our footprint across North America.”

Fix Network is confident that Daryll’s proven expertise will drive stronger cross-border synergies, and cohesive growth across both markets.
