Fix Network Canada is proud to announce the grand opening of its newest collision repair facility, Fix Auto Countryside Didsbury, located in the heart of Alberta.

This new facility is owned and operated by experienced husband-and-wife team, Jason and Jamie Hildebrant, who bring a wealth of industry knowledge and passion to their new venture under the renowned Fix Auto franchise banner.

Jason Hildebrant’s journey into the automotive industry began over 25 years ago, eventually transitioning from running an industrial repair and coatings shop to owning a collision repair facility. “I was drawn into the opportunity of owning a collision repair shop when the chance presented itself from my previous employer,” Jason recalls. “He was retiring and offered to mentor me in taking over the business. Being young and motivated, the prospect of owning my own business was enticing.”

Inspired by family values

Inspired by family values instilled by Jason’s parents, who have been successfully farming together for over 50 years, Jason and Jamie fully embrace the dynamics of co-ownership.

“Working together strengthens our partnership, and we motivate each other to excel,” says Jason. As o-owner, Jamie is poised to play a pivotal role in the business by ensuring operational excellence. Her responsibilities include bookkeeping, bolstering customer relations by taking on key CSR roles, and strengthening partnerships with vendors. Jamie is enthusiastic about expanding her knowledge of the cutting-edge equipment and tools used in collision repair services, striving to propel the business towards enhanced efficiency and innovation.

As dedicated community members, the Hildebrants are committed to creating a professional and welcoming atmosphere at Fix Auto Countryside Didsbury. They value the support from Fix Auto, known for their robust insurance relationships and knowledgeable industry support. “We want our customers to feel the warmth of a locally-owned business, yet benefit from the backing of an established brand,” Jamie explains.

State-of-the-art facilities

The shop is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including streamlined parts systems and advanced diagnostic tools, ensuring efficiency and quality in all services. Looking to the future, Jason and Jamie plan to expand their facility further and continue developing professional opportunities and apprenticeships.

“We are committed to continuous education in our pursuit of excellence,” says Jason, who holds a Dean’s award from SAIT for coatings and whose team has participated in extensive I-CAR training. Their focus on fostering a positive work culture includes team-building activities, such as shared meals and family-friendly gatherings, strengthening both morale and collaboration among their team.

Fix Auto Countryside Didsbury stands ready not only to meet but exceed customer expectations with its top-tier service and commitment to excellence. Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President of Western Canada, shared his enthusiasm for the new opening: “We are delighted to bring Jason and Jamie Hildebrant on board, whose vision and dedication are perfectly aligned with Fix Auto’s commitment to excellence. Their leadership promises to transform Fix Auto Countryside Didsbury into a beacon of quality service and community development, elevating the standard for others to follow.”
