CARSTAR London Centre (Don Mor), owned by Don Morton, played a pivotal role at the Level Up Career Fair, inspiring and engaging the next generation of professionals in the collision repair industry. The event at the Western Fair District was an excellent opportunity for the CARSTAR team to connect with students, showcase cutting-edge technology, and introduce them to the exciting career opportunities within the automotive repair sector. 

Interactive experience

The CARSTAR booth quickly became a highlight of the fair, offering an interactive experience that drew the attention of attendees. One of the key attractions was the “Guess the Estimate” challenge, which gave students a fun, hands-on opportunity to test their knowledge of the estimating process. In addition, the CARSTAR team offered an up-close look at the advanced technology within a Tesla vehicle, demonstrating the high-tech side of modern collision repair.  

The most memorable moment for many students was the chance to try their hand at the practical skill of dent repair, as they were guided through the process of banging dents out of a door panel. This engaging activity allowed students to gain firsthand experience in the skills that define the collision repair profession.
