In 1998, the hailstorm that swept through his area resulted in a shortage of autobody technicians, further igniting his dream of one day starting his own business.
Bred from a strong work ethic and an unyielding curiosity about how things work, Justin instills these principles into every aspect of his automotive career. His commitment to delivering exceptional repairs has earned him a respected reputation and numerous referrals from peers in the mechanical repair industry. A local mechanic even refers to him as the “Picasso of Autobody,” highlighting Justin’s extraordinary craftsmanship and the trust he inspires in professionals in the automotive repair field.

Each team member is equipped with a tablet for seamless vehicle tracking, ensuring efficient operations. He leads by example, maintaining open communication through daily morning meetings, and recognizing and rewarding exceptional work to ensure that every team member feels valued.
