ProColor Collision announced the opening of its new collision repair center, ProColor Edmonton Btech, in Edmonton, Alberta.
Gurpal Virk, with an impressive 27 years in the collision industry, founded his first independent body shop in 2001 in Ontario. In 2015, with the support of family and friends, Gurpal and his wife established their first shop in Edmonton. Over the years, they achieved significant milestones, culminating in the acquisition of a spacious 4500 sq shop in 2021. Arsh Virk, with five years in the industry, and Jashan Virk, contributing eight years since the opening of their first location in Edmonton, collectively form a dynamic team committed to excellence.
For Gurpal, the decision to enter the collision repair industry was rooted in a childhood passion for cars. He began his career in 1996 as an autobody apprentice. Arsh Virk, after graduating high school, joined the family business to contribute to its growth. The family’s decision to join the ProColor Collision network was influenced by the evolving autobody industry. Seeking opportunities for growth and expansion, they reached out to ProColor and found the perfect partner. The ProColor team’s professionalism and support during the onboarding process further solidified their choice.
ProColor Collision stood out for the Virk family due to its robust shop management system, strong relationships with global insurers, suppliers, and fleet companies, comprehensive marketing support, and a commitment to ongoing training and certifications.
ProColor Edmonton Btech prides itself on being a family business, delivering exceptional service with a customer-centric approach. Their goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, transparency, and the highest quality work. With the majority of clients coming from referrals, the shop maintains a strong reputation for excellence.
Recent upgrades and operational features of the shop include Car-O-Liner Resistance Spot Welder, Chief Laser Measuring System, New PPG Paint Line and Autel Scanner/Calibration. “We’re thrilled to welcome ProColor Edmonton Btech into our family of collision repair centers,” expressed Chris Peterson, Regional Vice-President for Western Canada. “Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction resonates deeply with our core values, and we eagerly anticipate standing by them as they flourish in the industry.”
