McMaster alum and current Director of Strategy for Driven Glass, Joshua Rocci, earned Hamilton’s “Top 40 Under 40” award.
Joshua joined Driven Brands in 2019 and has been instrumental in helping grow the North American glass business through strategic planning, analytics, and targeted development. Joshua’s most recent focus has been identifying new growth levers for the U.S. business and leading the strategic planning for acquisitions. His significant role contributed to the business’ expansion, helping it become the second-largest player in the auto glass space in under a year.
“This is an exciting time to be a part of the Driven Brands family as we continue to flourish in the automotive aftermarket space,” said Joshua Rocci, Director of Strategy, Driven Glass. “Being recognized for my contributions in our company’s growth and to be honoured alongside Hamilton’s finest is truly a special moment for me.”
Business Link Media Group first established its 40 Under Forty Business Achievement Awards back in 2003. One of Hamilton’s most prestigious awards, this annual program recognizes 40 businesspeople under the age of 40 who have demonstrated an extraordinary level of success in the private, public and non-profit sectors.
“I’m thankful to Business Link Media Group for their investment in Hamilton’s young, talented workforce and for taking the time to recognize all of these outstanding achievers,” continued Rocci. “I’m also grateful for my colleagues both at Driven Glass and within the larger Driven Brands organization, for their support through the years.”
