Colin Manuel, owner of CARSTAR Miramichi collision repair in Miramichi, NB, received the top honor for efficiency and repair time at his CARSTAR facility, during the CARSTAR Conference 2022 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center.
Manuel was named the CARSTAR Canada Length of Rental Award winner, which reflects the efficiency and repair time of the vehicle repair. A shorter length of rental means the customer spends less time driving a rental vehicle and gets their expertly repaired vehicle back more quickly.
The CARSTAR Miramichi location is known for their quality of repairs, state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained repair professionals.
“This is really a testament to my staff and the work they do,” said Manuel. “We are very proactive with our team to manage our repair process for efficiency. We’ve refined our painting process to maximize our paint booth time and quickly get parts ready for installation. This award shows we’re doing something right.”
