This report gives a high-level overview of Simplicity’s annual highlights, plans, and strategies for future expansion across the country. Additionally, the report covers Simplicity’s commitment to franchisee training and support, customer satisfaction reviews, and capacity management.
A strong focus on its mission, vision, and values has led Simplicity to be one of Canada’s fastest-growing automotive brands. This report highlights some of the impressive statistics from the past year and their 78 franchisee locations across Canada. Key metrics include over $54 million in system sales, over 21,000 customers served, and a Net Promoter Score of 93%.
With the release of the 2021 Annual Report, Simplicity’s CEO, Paul Prochilo, reflects on the past year and his excitement for the future of Simplicity, “This annual report is the culmination of the past year of hard work, dedication, and consistently making an effort to expand and improve the Simplicity brand.
