Fix Auto Milton this week unveiled its new and renovated collision repair facility that was upgraded recently to accommodate the growing demand for advanced vehicle repair services in the region.

Fix Auto Milton joined the Fix Network family in 2019 and has quickly become one of the fastest-growing auto body shops in southern Ontario.

The location reflects owner-operator Frank Corno’s ambition to build the “repair centre of the future” and says that the upgrade allows his technicians to repair many vehicles at the same time and ensure quick turnaround time on vehicle repairs.

Frank has been associated with the region’s automotive aftermarket for over 27 years in several roles – estimator, supervisor and manager – including 23 years working for a body shop within a dealership.

Two years back, he took the bold decision of launching his own collision repair business, aligning with Fix Auto to ensure that his team and shop were prepared for the latest aftermarket repair processes.

“Joining Fix Network provided me with an excellent foundation to pursue a more solid leadership role while working with an established network that emphasized beliefs and values which align with my own,” Frank points out.

“The collision industry is changing quickly, and our people and facility need to be at the top of the game at all times. We are keen to work closely with Fix Network to support shop management and workflow, including training for employees, proper certifications, and procedures.”

Spread over 6,000 square feet, Fix Auto Milton is home to the most advanced collision repair equipment.

The shop has invested wisely to include a brand-new RGI paint booth, RGI double prep station, 3D measuring system, aluminum welder, silicone bronze welder, MIG welder, resistance spot welder, Car-O-Liner bench rack system, and A/C evac and recharge unit for both 134 & 1234YF Freon.

Referring to his facility as the “repair centre of the future”, Frank says, “Our facility is equipped with the latest, state-of-the-art equipment and trained technicians for collision repair available on the market today.

In addition, as an owner-operator, I am there before opening to after close, ensuring smooth operations round the clock. I am invested in both customer service and shop management, and I strive to maintain a high quality in everything that we do.”

“Frank and his team have put tremendous effort into building one of the most advanced repair facilities in Canada,” said Daryll O’Keefe, Regional Vice-President – Ontario for Fix Network.

“Their continued commitment to customer excellence and their ambition to incorporate global best practices in all operations make them the ideal partner as we grow the network across Canada.”
