Simplicity Car Care is proud to announce the opening of its newest location in St. Catharines, Ontario, Simplicity Car Care Hartzel.
The auto collision shop, Better Image Collision, was established in 2001 by Josh Kazdan with a plan to focus on restoration and custom work.
Since then, Kazdan has continued to grow his business under the philosophy of “treat people right, be honest, do good work, and the rest will follow.” Kazdan has also had the honour of being recognized in 2017 as a winner of the Niagara 40 Under Forty Business Achievement award.
“It took a few years for us to finally partner with Simplicity Car Care and a lot of preliminary discussions and discovery about one another’s business practices,” states Kazdan, Owner of Simplicity Car Care Hartzel.
“The one thing that stood out for me was their determination and momentum. I think this industry needs real change, and with Simplicity I feel that their fresh approach, young minds, and motivation could help shift the industry to a more unified, candid place. Their network of franchise owners also seem to be the type of people who would band together to help make some of these much needed changes. Since day one, Better Image Collision has always stood firm to treat people right, repair vehicles to the highest standard possible, and continually improve our culture, processes, and performance. With Simplicity we look forward to bringing our talents to the network to try to set a new bar on modern day collision repair tactics.”
Over the last few years, Kazdan and his shop have been proud supporters of the Niagara on the Lake Minor Hockey Association, local dance classes, and Make a Child Smile.
Simplicity Car Care Hartzel will continue it’s legacy of supporting and connecting with the local community through various initiatives and donations.
“We’re proud to announce the opening of our latest franchise location in St. Catharines, Ontario! We’re excited to welcome Josh and his team to the Simplicity Car Care family. Josh has invested in all of the latest equipment and collision repair technology to perform at the highest levels. This facility certainly sets a new bar for what the modern-day collision repair facility looks like.”
