ix Network Ontario welcomes NOVUS Glass Chatham to the network.

Owner Pam Kacan has been associated with the auto glass repair industry for the past 16 years, first assisting her father in his successful automotive glass repair business.

Watching him at close quarters, Pam quickly learned the nuances of running all the shop operations independently.

After listening to her business partners Darren Hewitt and Patrick Schaffner, Pam turned to Fix Network to give her business an operational edge. “NOVUS Glass’ technology allows us to repair the most difficult cracks that other companies are not able to repair,” she explained.

Located at 310 Merritt Ave, NOVUS Glass Chatham is an auto glass repair facility featuring advanced equipment, a team of technicians and customer service.

The shop offers glass repair and replacement, along with accessories, diagnostic scanning and ADAS recalibration. It also has a stocked mobile repair and replacement service van that allows technicians to manage glass repair requirements at the customer’s convenient location.

NOVUS Glass Chatham recently underwent major renovations and equipped the facility with the necessary equipment and tools to perform all types of repair and replacement.

The shop’s bays can currently accommodate five vehicles at a single time.
