Daryll O’Keefe, Regional Vice President, Ontario for Fix Network, announced that Burlington Central has become the newest location to join the ProColor Collision family.

Located at 2481 Industrial Street, ProColor Collision Burlington Central is a fully equipped facility built to handle advanced collision repair on all vehicle makes and models. Established over 40 years back, the shop is a distinctive Burlington landmark that is popular with the local community.

Raghbir Rangi and Abhijit “Abhi” Gill, current owners and operators of ProColor Collision Burlington Central, have a deep understanding of the latest collision repair advancements, having spent 30 years in the business, including 18 years running their own independent body shop.

“The international automotive industry is changing at a rapid pace, so we knew we needed the right support to keep up with the changing collision repair technologies,” says Abhi Gill. “After observing different franchise networks, we decided to go along with ProColor Collision and take our operations to the next level.”

“ProColor Collision offers a very systematic structure that is easy for the shop to follow,” he adds. “There is a seamless tracking process from when the vehicle enters the shop to the delivery process. We also like how ProColor Collision is very customer-focused. It’s all about the experience over just ‘Here you go, your car is fixed’.”

Working toward more certification

Both Rangi and Gill are licensed technicians and I-CAR certified, and currently working towards getting their CCIAP and I-CAR Gold certifications for their facility. ProColor Collison Burlington Central recently completed renovations to improve shop flow and to accommodate the latest advanced equipment to carry out complex repairs that comply with OEM specifications.

O’Keefe says that ProColor Collision Burlington Central reflects its owners’ keenness to embrace the rapid changes in the collision repair industry. “Franchise owners such as Raghbir and Abhi take investment in training, equipment and certification seriously as part of their growth and we will continue to support such forward-thinking entrepreneurs through our established best practices.”
