Applicants were graded based on various categories such as brand, services, innovation, business growth, online reputation, customer feedback, business performance, and presence within the industry. A team of judging panellists then assess each nominee and ultimately decide who they believe deserves to win a title within the 2020 Global Automotive Awards.
