Regional Vice President for Fix Network Ontario, Daryll O’Keefe is pleased to welcome Fix Auto Thornhill to the network. 

The Thornhill team has been in the collision industry for over 20 years. They were referred to the Fix Auto family by another owner operator, Fix Auto Markville.

General Manager Cathy Zhang says, “We know from our network that Fix Auto offers support to its franchise strategic partners, from streamlined processes to management tools and training programs that allow us to run our business profitably and keep our team up to date on the latest developments in the industry.”

Their decision to join Fix Auto was based on several factors such as lifetime warranty on customer vehicle repairs, high standards of safety and quality, and established relationships with paint suppliers, insurance companies and other industry players. “Fix Auto’s operations team has professionals with experience in the body shop business, which makes their advice and guidance in improving our processes valuable,” says Zhang.

The Fix Auto Thornhill team takes pride in repairing vehicles back to their original condition. Having been in the industry for so long, they have developed strong expertise in automotive electrical systems, mechanical repairs and auto body refinishing. The facility has installed brand new Axalta-Cromax Water Base Paint systems and uses Axalta paint materials. The shop is also in the process of purchasing new equipment to keep up with industry repair standards.
