Canadian astronaut, Chris Hadfield, booked as Keynote.

The 2020 Automotive Conference and Expo (ACE) is just around the corner. Taking place this year on April 7-8 in Niagara Falls, Ontario at the Fallsview Resort & Casino, the annual event attracts auto industry leaders for two days of networking, education, and fun.

To keep up with the break-neck pace of change in our industry, the TADA (Trilllium Automobile Dealers Association) has invited a roster of top talent to speak about innovations, trends, disruptors and more.

Keynote speakers include Canadian astronaut, Chris Hadfield; WestJet’s Chief Digital & Innovation Officer, Alfredo Tan; and customer service expert, Charles “The Butler.” In addition, breakout sessions will cover a broad range of timely topics including how to use social media to boos sales, service and trande-ins; how to drive more revenue in fixed ops using digital strategies, how to sell more tires, how to modernize the sales process, and much more.

Organizers have also planned a cocktail reception and a kick-off party, along with an opportunity to meet hockey greats Darcy Tucker, Nick Kypreos, Shayne Corson and Steve Thomas.
