The Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) announced the names of its new steering committee members for the 2020/2021 term.

Paul Prochilo, CEO of Simplicity Car Care, will be heading the committee as the Chair for the new term.

The steering committee also includes the following collision repairers:

  • Tony De Santis from Fix Automotive Network
  • Koos Reineking from Lift Auto Group
  • Brady Chattington from CSN Image Auto Body
  • Murphy Tarves from Craftsman Group of Companies

From the OEM side, Daniel Grenier, National Manager Technical Services at Mazda Canada is also a part of the committee. Alan Hughes from Can Clark Ford is the OE Dealer member.

Ryan Mandell from Mitchell International and Tifarah Senkow from Advantage Parts Solutions are supplier members of the committee. Also included are Vince Maida from Desjardins Insurance and special advisor Chelsea Stebner from Parr Auto Body.

“It’s an absolute honour to serve as the incoming chairman and work with the existing and new members of the CCIF steering committee,” said Paul Prochilo, Chair, CCIF Steering Committee. “We have a tremendous team assembled who will provide significant support in our advancement of the Canadian collision industry in the three key initiatives of vehicle technology, profitability and human resource development.”

“As the director, I am blessed to work in collaboration with such a committed and engaged committee. I look forward to working with the new steering committee on our main initiatives that will continue to advance the collision industry,” said Caroline Lacasse, Director, CCIF.

CCIF notes in a release that the steering committee has announced a new position for this year—the young leader in collision repair. The committee invites active collision repairers between the ages of 19 and 30 to apply for the position. Applications are open until January 15 and further details are available on the CCIF website.
