Spanesi’s 100 Series Straightening Bench is designed to enable fast repairs ranging from light to heavy damage while delivering the utmost in precision and quality workmanship.

Offered in standard 106 and 106 Plus configurations, it incorporates a Universal Jig designed to fit on a 4 m or 5 m bench.

Spanesi says it is the only Straightening Bench in the world that provides both upward thrust and independent movement of the crossbars from the jig, due to an innovative rack and pinion design.

It also features a MacPherson measuring device equipped with doors to quickly set positioning and allow for measuring or checking on any point of the vehicle’s upper structure.

The 106 Plus uses a 5 m bench and boasts 12 different attachment points for pulling around 360 degrees of the bench.

A pantograph lift of 5 tonne capacity allows the bench to be raised to a height of 1550mm (from an in-floor installation).
