Fix Auto Welcomes New Franchise in Vancouver

Christopher Peterson, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Western Canada, welcomes Fix Auto Vancouver East to the network.

Owner Nav Goyal started his career 31 years ago as a detailer and painter. He eventually moved into office management, taking on roles as an estimator and office manager. Six years ago, he took the next step and became the owner-operator of his own auto body shop.

The key differentiator for Goyal was the operational support that Fix Auto provides, from management tools and platforms to streamlined processes and added efficiencies. In addition, the network has built strong relationships with insurance partners and suppliers across Canada with the goal of helping each franchise strategic partner operate and grow their business.

The Fix Auto Vancouver East team offers high quality repairs in a timely manner. Each customer can expect a clean and safe environment and support from qualified staff. The facility’s exterior has been recently upgraded. Inside, the shop is equipped with new equipment, including a downdraft paint booth and a vehicle scanner.
