High-performance automotive lubricant and additive manufacturer Lucas Oil has announced the immediate promotion of Naomi Furgiuele to Chief Operating Officer (COO). Having joined the company in early 2024 as senior product manager before serving as Chief Product Officer, Furgiuele will now direct global manufacturing, supply chain logistics, information technology, and customer service operations across the organization’s portfolio.

For automotive aftermarket distributors, wholesale fluid suppliers, and retail partners, the executive appointment strengthens supply chain reliability and quality control for Lucas Oil’s product lines.
