Fix Network Launches First Unified NOVUS Crystal Glass Location

Executing its Western Canadian growth strategy, Fix Network opens the first specialized NOVUS Crystal Glass shop in Abbotsford following its 2025 partnership.

Fix Network has announced the opening of NOVUS Crystal Glass Abbotsford, the first location to launch under the NOVUS Crystal Glass banner since the strategic partnership between NOVUS Glass and Crystal Glass was finalized in 2025. The joint model merges NOVUS Glass’s proprietary repair technology and global franchise infrastructure with Crystal Glass’s established regional network across Western Canada. 

For collision network executives, insurance partners, and multi-shop operators (MSOs), the standalone glass operation isolates windshield repair, glass replacement, and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration from standard collision lines to accelerate job turnaround.

Operated by the Lethbridge, Alberta-based Davis Collision Group, which manages nine Fix Auto locations across B.C. and Alberta, the Abbotsford site anchors a broader regional rollout. Currently, 12 Crystal Glass and five NOVUS Glass locations across British Columbia are undergoing rebranding, expanding the combined provincial network to 18 service centers.

Equipped with current-generation ADAS recalibration targets and repair tooling, the facility operates independently from the group’s collision repair centers to drive dedicated glass and calibration market share.
