Baileigh Industrial Unveils 37″ Wide Belt Sanders and 5 HP Dust Collectors

Industrial machinery manufacturer Baileigh Industrial has introduced a new lineup of 37-inch wide belt sanders alongside 5 HP dry and wet dust collection systems.

Engineered for standalone operation or combined integration, the machinery addresses heavy-duty sanding, deburring, slag removal, and surface preparation required in metal fabrication and structural repair environments.

The WBS-37 wide belt sander is powered by a 10 HP motor and features automated height adjustment with programmable presets to ensure consistent material removal across production runs. Complementing the sanders, the 5 HP dust collectors are available in dry configurations (utilizing dual 5-micron filtration) and wet configurations engineered to capture fine particles and polishing fumes.
