Challenger Lifts has released its new mobile Adapter Cart. The centralized storage system is engineered to keep specialized lift accessories, footpads, and frame adapters organized and accessible at the point of use.
The cart comes outfitted with a comprehensive assortment of vehicle-specific lifting components. Key inclusions feature dedicated EV footpads designed to support electric vehicle chassis without damaging battery enclosures, cab-off adapters with U-channel pads for truck frame separation, and custom wide-frame footpads engineered for 2019–2026 GM half-ton pickup trucks. The kit also supplies three-inch and six-inch stackable drop-in extensions to clear running boards and side steps.
“Designed for the realities of a fast-paced shop, the Adapter Cart moves easily from bay to bay, eliminating wasted steps and unnecessary trips across the shop floor,” said Trevor Coleman, National Sales Manager for Challenger Lifts. “By consolidating everything needed for safe, efficient lifting into one centralized, mobile unit, technicians can stay focused on the job rather than searching for equipment. It is a simple solution, but it makes a real difference in day-to-day productivity.”
The mobile unit addresses the operational challenges of lifting diverse vehicle architectures. By consolidating multi-vehicle adapter sets into a single mobile footprint, repair shops can standardize lifting procedures, reduce bay cycle times, and minimize equipment damage risks.
