Reporting directly to President and CEO Brady Ericson from Auburn Hills, Michigan, Griffin assumes operational, commercial, and financial accountability for PHINIA’s global aftermarket division.
Diversified industrial supplier PHINIA Inc.—parent company to major aftermarket brands including Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge—has named Daniel Griffin as Global Vice President, Aftermarket. Effective July 6, 2026, Griffin succeeds Neil Fryer, who will retire on September 30, 2026, following a structured leadership transition.
Reporting directly to President and CEO Brady Ericson from Auburn Hills, Michigan, Griffin assumes operational, commercial, and financial accountability for PHINIA’s global aftermarket division. For Canadian parts distributors, independent repair networks, and commercial fleet maintenance directors, Griffin’s leadership directly impacts supply chain distribution and technical product support for critical fuel and electrical systems.
Griffin joins PHINIA with extensive North American aftermarket and OEM experience, having previously served as Vice President, Commercial Vehicle & Aftermarket North America, and Vice President, Global Aftermarket & Digital Solutions at Dana Incorporated. “Dan is a proven leader with deep experience across the automotive and aftermarket sectors,” stated Brady Ericson.
“His collaborative approach and focus on operational execution make him uniquely qualified to advance our market position and deliver long-term value to commercial partners globally.”
