BRP Opens Massive 950,000 Sq. Ft. Global Parts Distribution Hub in Quebec

The industrial consolidation transitions operations away from BRP's legacy multi-facility footprint in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu.
Accelerating its international fulfillment turnaround times following consecutive growth periods, BRP Inc. has officially inaugurated its largest global distribution and logistics center in Saint-Philippe, Quebec. Spanning over 950,000 square feet, the newly constructed supply chain complex centralizes the manufacturer’s high-margin Parts, Accessories, and Apparel (PAA) portfolio into a single, automated operational footprint.
The industrial consolidation transitions operations away from BRP’s legacy multi-facility footprint in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The Saint-Philippe global hub now manages dedicated shipping, warehousing, and inventory sorting arrays for all core brands, including Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo, Can-Am, and Rotax powertrain components. Moving forward, replacement components will process through this central location before being dispatched directly to regional wholesale channels or redistributed across the company’s 16 secondary distribution networks worldwide.
Enhancing Order Fill Rates for Powersports Dealers
For Canadian dealer principals, wholesale parts managers, and service departments tracking parts availability metrics, this infrastructure update resolves historical supply chain friction. Equipped to process over 2.5 million order lines per year, the centralized workflow is designed to stabilize fill rates and protect dealer service bay cycle times across North America.
“This center accentuates quality, speed, and service precision for our dealers and customers while significantly improving our operational efficiency,” stated Michael Long, Vice President and Global General Manager of PAA at BRP. The PAA segment remains a highly vital asset class for the company, generating more than $1 billion CAD in annual revenue and reporting a near 10% volume increase during the 2026 fiscal year, prompting long-term distribution expansion adjacent to major commercial trade lanes connecting Central Canada and the U.S. Midwest.
