AIA Canada is pleased to announce the newly elected Young Professionals in the Auto Care (YPA) Committee for the 2026–2028 term. The YPA Committee represents professionals under 45 from member companies and serves as the voice of the YPA community.

Leading the Committee as Chair is Hitesh Patel, Director, Canada at Transtar Aftermarket Solutions, and Kari Hann (Specialty Sales & Marketing Inc.) will serve as Immediate Past Chair.

Hitesh brings over 15 years of experience in the Canadian auto care sector and has been an active contributor to YPA initiatives, including mentoring programs. As Chair, he aims to build on the Committee’s momentum and expand its impact across the industry.

AIA Canada also welcomes 12 new members to the YPA Committee, alongside a strong group of returning members, reflecting the industry’s continued commitment to developing future leaders.
