The Corporation of Montréal Automobile Dealers (CCAM) is once again renewing its official partnership with Auto-jobs.ca for the benefit of its members.

Auto-jobs.ca, the leading job platform for the automotive sector in Quebec and Canada, has been a trusted CCAM partner for several years. Thanks to this collaboration, CCAM members benefit from specialized, personalized support in their recruitment efforts, in addition to receiving exclusive discounts and advantages.

A multifaceted agreement

Auto-jobs.ca has been known for over 20 years for the reach of its specialized job postings, generating more than 300,000 views per month on its platform, 25,500 unique visitors, and 30,000 social media followers.

This proven posting strategy is offered to CCAM members with discounts on volume packages—whether for bundles of 5 to 50 postings, featured posting packages, or advertising space.

Moreover, since the Auto-jobs.ca platform has a deep understanding of dealership realities—each with its own HR challenges and needs—it has developed an exclusive à-la-carte system that allows dealers to choose, at very attractive rates, from three recruitment formats:

  • Assisted Recruitment (AR): the most economical option, yet very comprehensive. It includes job postings on Auto-jobs.ca channels, interviews, reference checks, and both offer and rejection letters.

  • Premium and Platinum Recruitment Packages: These enhance the number of work hours devoted to each file, offering more interviews, full pre-employment checks, detailed reports for every candidate, the Atman test, and even HR coaching.

What Is the Atman test?

For those unfamiliar with it, Atman is a psychometric assessment that helps ensure the right person is selected for the right role in the right organization—a clever way to promote employee retention.

More specifically, this scientifically validated test measures 11 personality dimensions: learning style, strength of character, behaviour, competitiveness, motivation, confidence, level of trust, sociability, nervous tension, emotional maturity, and energy level.
