UAP Inc. Announces Proposed Acquisition of Benson Group Inc.

UAP Inc. “UAP” a Canadian leader in the distribution of replacement parts and services for automotive and heavy vehicles, and Benson Group Inc. “Benson” a key regional distributor of automotive and heavy vehicle parts, are pleased to announce UAP’s proposed acquisition of Benson. 

Benson’s extensive experience and deep market knowledge will play a pivotal role in strengthening UAP’s position in the Canadian market. The addition of Benson’s network, expertise, and talented team will enhance UAP’s ability to deliver high-quality service and innovative solutions to its customers.  

Headquartered in Cornwall, Ontario, Benson operates a network of 85 locations. The company employs over 730 people.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in May 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
