Simplicity Announces Promotion of Vito Attila to Director, Territory Performance of Canada

Simplicity is pleased to announce the promotion of Vito Attila to the position of Director, Territory Performance for Canada, effective as of Monday, April 22nd.

Having joined Simplicity in January 2023 as a Regional Performance Manager for Ontario West, Attila has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Under his stewardship, his region flourished, evolving into one of the most substantial portfolios within the company, comprising 22 shops. Notably, Vito spearheaded initiatives that propelled his region to become one of the highest-performing territories, achieving a notable milestone by attaining sub-10-day cycle time in 2024.

Despite assuming the role of the newest Regional Performance Manager, Vito’s extensive expertise significantly contributed to the growth and support of his region, as well as that of his fellow RPMs.

In his new capacity, Vito Attila will assume comprehensive territory management responsibilities across Canada, with a focus on enhancing network performance and supporting the Operations team. His appointment will further bolster Simplicity’s commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth initiatives.
