AIA Canada has released an updated edition of the Canadian vehicle owner’s attitudes towards maintenance and repair report.

Dedicated to businesses who would like to further understand Canadian vehicle owner’s preferences and attitudes towards maintenance and repair, this report will provide readers with insight on:

• How vehicle owners perceive their knowledge of and attention to maintenance and repair
• How and why vehicle owners prioritize maintenance and repair
• How vehicle owners keep up with maintenance and what reminders they consider helpful.

The report is free to AIA Canada members, and available to non-members for CA $199.
