Brad Shaddick, Chairman of Shad’s R&R sends a seasonal message out to all Shad’s R&R sponsors, participants and volunteers.

Brad says, “As we head into the holiday season, we are pleased to report that we have secured the 2024 date for the 49th Shad’s R&R for Muscular Dystrophy Canada.

“Please lock in your calendars now for Thursday, June 13th, 2024 (10:00 a.m. shotgun start) at Woodington Lake Golf Club in Tottenham, Ontario.

“As all of you witnessed this past June, Woodington is pouring a ton of money into the course and facility. You will see significant upgrades next June and we are happy to call Woodington Lake the new home of Shad’s R&R. As we anticipate a complete sell-out of our 2024 event, please ensure you mark the date on your calendar now and kindly allocate those all-important SHAD’s funds in your 24 budget. 2024 registration details will follow early in the new year. “

Another Incredible Year!

Shad’s R&R 2023 was another resounding success. Thanks again for your exceptional generosity, Shad’s R&R was able to donate $180,000 to Muscular Dystrophy Canada! This brings their cumulative total to over $5.5 million and was not at all possible were it not for your unwavering support… now nearing almost 50 years. The Board of Shad’s R&R thanks you!

Can You Believe?

Brad points out, “In 2025, we will all be celebrating 50 years of SHAD’s R&R!. WOW!!

“It is almost unheard of that a charity event like this still continues almost five decades later! The Board is already working on ideas to make our 50th an extra special event. We are hopeful that together, we can raise the additional funds next year and again in 2025 which will push us to, or over our $6,000,000 target! A considerable stretch we know, but we’re confident that together we can do it!
