On September 5, enthusiastic golfers from the AIA Northern Alberta Division took to the links at Eagle Rock Golf Course in Leduc County.

The occasion was of course, the Rick Gibson Memorial Charity Golf Event. Marcia Hay, Chair of the Division, said that this year, the tournament raised $5,900.00 toward AIA’s endowment fund at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT).

Currently they are at three $1,000 scholarships with a goal of five! Their other fund-raising events also brought forth a cheque for AIA’s High Five for Kids charity in the amount of $5,000! Well done everyone, looks like you’ve been working hard at fund-raising!
