Uni-Select has announced the appointment of Neil Croxson as the President and COO of The Parts Alliance U.K.
Promoted from the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Croxson will be succeeding Peter Sephton. Due to retire soon, Sephton will stay on for a three-month period to help with an orderly transition.

Since taking up the position of CFO of The Parts Alliance in 2015, Croxson has been instrumental in helping the network expand through selected acquisitions and the opening of 15 company-owned stores. He has partnered with Sephton to deliver the group’s financial strategy and enhance its market coverage in the U.K. and Ireland.

In his role as the CFO of The Parts Alliance, Croxson was in charge of the delivery of its financial strategy. He led the finance team in delivering back office services and providing business support.
Croxson previously held the position of CFO at Rexel Northern Europe, a group that distributes electrical materials. He has also served as a Financial Controller at CFAO, a French group that distributes vehicles, parts and operating workshops across Africa.
Uni-Select said it will appoint an interim CFO at The Parts Alliance for the transition period until it is able to select a suitable replacement for Croxson.
