Veteran Ford executive, Dean Stoneley returns to replace Mark Buzzell as President and CEO.

During 27 years as an executive, Stoneley has gained extensive experience in global leadership roles, like Vice President of Marketing and Vice President of Sales for Ford Asia based in Shanghai, China. His leadership roles extend to sales, marketing, and services in Canada, the U.S., South Africa, South Korea, and Japan as well.

“Mark’s leadership has been fundamental to the continued success of Ford in Canada,” said Kumar Galhotra, president, Ford North America. “I look forward to working together in his new leadership role with our fleet, lease and remarketing operations. Dean brings with him a wealth of global experience as he returns to lead Ford of Canada through a transformative time in our industry.”

Presently, Stoneley is Vice President and Director of Marketing for Changan Ford’s Nation Dealer Sales Distribution joint venture in China. As of February 1, 2019, Stonely’s new role will encompass leadership of all current operations at Ford Canada.
