CARSTAR, as part of its ongoing 30th Anniversary celebrations this year, has decided to thank 30 customers by providing “star treatment” to them throughout September.
The network’s facilities across Canada and the U.S. are registering stars from the night sky in the names of the select customers and presenting them when their vehicles are returned. The repair shop owners from the network believe that this unique gift will aid in raising their spirits especially after needing collision repair for their vehicles.
“Our customer Donna brought her damaged vehicle to us and I was so impressed with her approach and candour to the whole situation,” says Shawn Jamieson, Vice President of Collision Centres, CARSTAR Ottawa South Centre (Myers). “This experience could have totally ruined her day but she took it in strides, motivating us to celebrate her incredible positivity by giving her a fun surprise at the time of vehicle return.”
The facilities working under the CARSTAR banner believe in giving back to the communities that they serve. The franchise partners have often offered help to people beyond addressing their collision repair needs.
“From raising funds and awareness for cystic fibrosis organizations to refurbishing cars and donating to those in need, our CARSTAR family is eager to celebrate the people within its communities,” says Michael Macaluso, President, CARSTAR. “It is nice to see the network come together, from British Columbia to Florida, for the mutual cause of spreading some good and surprising customers with this entertaining gesture to help brighten their day.”
Since the network is celebrating the completion of 30 years of being in business, CARSTAR is celebrating the entire year by doing something different every month. These activities are aimed at expressing gratitude to communities, franchise partners and industry partners for lending their support throughout these years.
Updates regarding the ongoing celebrations are available on CARSTAR’s Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn profiles.
