Fix Auto has announced that Fix Auto Innisfail in Alberta is the latest to join the collision repairer network.
Jeff Denham, owner of the new facility has been a part of the automotive industry for more than 25 years. He owns three dealerships across two provinces. “In 26 years, we’ve undertaken three major expansions with Fourlane Ford and now we’re growing our collision business by adding Fix Auto Innisfail to our portfolio,” says Denham. “It’s a really exciting time for our entire team.”
Denham first entered the industry at the young age of 14 in Wetaskiwin, working in a dealership. He went on to purchase his own dealership in 1993. Denham believes that collision business complements the dealership business. When deciding on a suitable national collision repair network to join, he selected Fix Auto since the banner shares his values and also has good relationships with insurance partners. As explained by Fix Auto, the network has strived to build relationships with insurance and supplier partners and constantly works with both parties to ensure long-lasting partnerships.
Fix Auto also explains that it for each of its franchise strategic partners, it provides additional support such as dedicated operations and training teams, management and operational tools to help streamline processes, and innovative national and local marketing initiatives to highlight the collision services offered by the brand.
The Fix Auto Innisfail team consists of experienced staff headed by a shop manager who has been a part of the company for 25 years. All technicians in the team not only have extensive I-CAR training but also have more than 10 years of experience.
“Our entire team is passionate about serving our customers with the highest level of care and we take great pride in our work,” notes Denham. The Innisfail facility has been recently upgraded to include equipment necessary for repairing all aluminum body panels.
“We are so pleased to welcome the Fix Auto Innisfail team to the network. Jeff and his team have years of industry experience and are a great example of exactly what we look for when adding facilities to our team. We are really looking forward to working with Jeff and his team as they continue to build on their success,” says Chris Peterson, Regional Vice President for Fix Network Alberta & Saskatchewan.
