The Trans North America Glass Network (TAG), a Fix Network brand, has announced its partnership with Family Insurance Solutions in British Columbia.

This is the second partnership for TAG Network since its claims management services was officially launched in Canada in July. According to Fix Network, Family Insurance has transitioned its glass claims management to the TAG Network in order to improve its claims efficiency.

“We are thrilled to partner with Family Insurance Solutions to manage glass claims processing for their customers,” says Tony Desantis, Vice President of Sales for Fix Network Canada. “The TAG Network is building a claims processing solution for our insurance partners that will expedite the process significantly while maintaining complete accuracy throughout each claim’s progression.” The TAG Network plans to achieve this through the technological solutions it has developed in order to facilitate quicker sharing of real-time claims data and systems integration between the network and its partners.

The TAG Network explains that it plans to continue expanding its network of windshield repair service providers throughout Canada. This includes NOVUS Glass, which believes in “Repair First Replace When Necessary”. According to the network, NOVUS Glass, a Fix Network brand, specializes in automotive glass repair technology that is designed to repair glass to “the highest level of optical clarity in the business” using proprietary resins, tools and techniques. NOVUS also specializes in performing chip and long crack repairs that are often more than 12 inches long.

The TAG Network aims at processing around 20,000 glass claims in British Columbia this year, working in close collaboration with Family Insurance Solutions and Canadian Automotive Association (CAA) Insurance.
