Fix Auto has announced that one of the original locations to join the network—Fix Auto St-Jean—has earned its Canadian Collision Industry Accreditation Program (CCIAP) recognition.

According to the network, pursuing and acquiring CCIAP accreditation has been a crucial goal for the Fix Auto St-Jean team. Through this accreditation, the repair shop wants to inform its insurance partners and customers that it is qualified to perform quality vehicle repairs and has properly trained staff and the right equipment to do so. The CCIAP accreditation helps in establishing that the shop is currently one of the premier collision repair facilities in Canada.

Currently owned and operated by Michel Morin, Fix Auto St-Jean is a family business that was established more than 60 years ago, in 1956.

Besides training, Fix Auto St-Jean has also installed new equipment within the facility, such as a new paint booth, spot welder, digital three-dimensional measuring system and silicon bronze and aluminum MIG welder.
