The Boyd Group recently announced that it had acquired a collision repair location in Dundas, Ont. though its Assured Automotive network.

The facility, previously known as Terry’s Autobody operates in Dundas, near Hamilton, Ont.

In reference to the acquisition, Tony Canade, President of Assured Automotive, “said, we are pleased to add this location, which has served the Dundas market well for many years.”

Canade added that, “we look forward to becoming part of the Dundas community and the opportunity to provide the friendly service and quality repairs that Assured is known for.”

With this acquisition in Dundas (just west of the Greater Toronto Area), Canade said that Boyd and Assured Automotive is now in a “better positioned to serve our customers and insurance partners alike. We are pleased to broaden our reach in the province and we look forward to increasing our footprint with additional locations in the surrounding markets.”
