CARSTAR has announced that a new location has joined its network in Ontario—CARSTAR Chatham Imperial.
Located at 449 Riverview Drive in Chatham, Ont., the facility is owned and operated by owned by multi-store owners Dennis and David Carlini.
Formerly known as Imperial Auto Body and in operation for 30 years, this 14,000 sq.ft. facility has developed a solid reputation for customer service and quality collision repairs in the Chatham area. Offering a full range of collision repair services, including aluminum repairs, new owners Dennis and David Carlini say they want to hold onto to the family feel of this location, with existing owners staying on during the transition, along with production manager Kevin Elliot and front office manager Eric Knight who will continue to oversee day-to-day operations.
“There are such strong roots with this facility in the Chatham community, and I’m excited that I get to not only be a part of it, but help build on this incredible foundation,” says Dennis Carlini. “I joined CARSTAR because it was comforting to know that if I ever needed anything, there would be someone on the other end to help me and that is the same support I intend to provide for the Chatham community.”
“Dennis and David are a dynamic team who have seen tremendous success with their existing stores, bringing a new level of operational efficiencies and customer service to the Windsor and Lasalle markets,” says Tony Mammone, Ontario Zone Director, CARSTAR. “This new Chatham location has a longstanding history in the community and I know the Carlinis will be able to stay true to their roots while embracing the new technologies available in the industry.”
In Essex County, the Carlinis are known for giving back beyond collision repair, whether it’s through philanthropic efforts and the CARSTAR charity of choice, Cystic Fibrosis Canada, or via local initiatives, such as supporting sports teams, schools and grassroots charities.
