CARSTAR has announced the opening of CARSTAR Edmonton East, owned by multi-CARSTAR franchise partners Albert LeBlanc, Esther Cantafio and Melissa McCutcheon.

The new facility is located at at 5419 – 125A Avenue, Edmonton, Alta., T5W 1J6.

Established partners Albert LeBlanc and Esther Cantafio are well-known and active members in the Edmonton community, owning two other locations, CARSTAR Edmonton North and CARSTAR St. Albert.

Melissa McCutcheon, longtime hardworking Manager, decided to join the partnership to not only add support for the new location, but also bring the energizing culture from the other facilities to this newest CARSTAR.

“We have put a tremendous amount of work into this facility over several months, and we are so excited that renovations are finally complete and we will be able to start serving this community,” said Esther Cantafio. “Bringing Melissa in as an owner for this new location was essential to the success because her commitment to customer service is unmatched, and we wanted to be sure CARSTAR Edmonton East upholds the same outstanding services our customers have become accustom to at our other locations.”

CARSTAR Edmonton East is a 585 sq m ( 6,300 sq. ft.) modern facility on one-acre compound with secured parking and car rental services nearby. This location will be providing full collision repairs, glass repair and replacement as well as best-in-class customer services.

“Albert, Esther and Melissa are a well-oiled machine at this point, having been with CARSTAR since 2010 and truly embodying the values of CARSTAR by always operating with honesty and integrity,” said Michael Piper, Western Zone Director, CARSTAR. “Providing the highest standard of collision repairs, providing outstanding customer service and staying ahead of operational advancements is what this team is known for, and I am confident we will see it in action at this new and contemporary facility.”

Committed to giving back to Edmonton, CARSTAR Edmonton East will continue to sponsor local children’s sports, from curling to football. Additionally, LeBlanc, Cantafio and McCutcheon actively fundraise for Cystic Fibrosis Canada, the CARSTAR charity of choice. Partnering with other Alberta CARSTAR locations, the group will be hosting its first ever golf tournament, Swing for a Cure, this fall, aimed at fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
