From December 5-8, CARSTAR hosted its first-ever new Franchise Partner Training program in Canada.

Taking place at the CARSTAR Institute, Vision Park, in Hamilton, Ont., this program allowed new partners to the CARSTAR brand the ability to listen to special keynote speakers, learn about CARSTAR’s business practices and processes, as well as receive guided tours of existing CARSTAR locations.

The objective was to provide an understanding not only of how CARSTAR works with its franchisee partners but also ways to maximize efficiency, profitability and growth for their collision repair businesses, whether they are seasoned industry veterans or new to the sector. Collision Management had the opportunity to attend the first ever Franchise Partner training program and brings you some of the highlights.
