Fix Auto has announced that Andy Neufeld, formerly Strategic Partner Developer in Ontario, has accepted a new role as Director of Operations for Fix Auto Ontario.

Having spent his entire career in the collision industry, from technician through to insurance image desk professional, Neufeld is able to draw on considerable industry-wide experience, placing him on a trajectory toward a leadership role, guiding the efforts of the Strategic Partner Developers in Ontario.

Neufeld’s appointment aims to help enable Fix Auto carefully and responsibly navigate changes in field operations from reactive support to proactive coaching as well as rolling out the Performance Enhancement Program (P.E.P) and its support by the Fix Auto Dashboard.
