For 2018, Porsche is increasing its mid-engine 718 model lineup with the addition of the 718 Cayman GTS Coupe and 718 Boxster GTS convertible.

The addition of a new intake and turbocharger raise the output of the GTS variants to 360 horsepower (15 hp more than the preceding model) and 317 lb-ft of torque @ 1900 rpm (a 7 lb-ft increase). These models are available with either a six-speed manual or PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission.

Additional exterior design cues include a re-worked front bumper fascia and 20-inch black-satin wheels, while the cabin benefits from a new Sport Chrono package and the addition of Alcantara leather to the centre console, armrests and centre seat trim insert.

Porsche Canada is accepting orders for both 2018 718 GTS models, which are expected to hit showrooms in the first quarter 2018. Base price for the 718 Cayman GTS starts at $90,600, while the 718 Boxster GTS retails for $93,000.
