AAPEX 2019 will be hosting an Exhibitor Booth Camp in Detroit and Las Vegas to help exhibiting companies prepare for success at this year’s event.

AAPEX 2019 is hosting these Exhibitor Booth Camps to assist exhibitors in achieving success at this year’s event, which represents the more than $1 trillion global automotive aftermarket industry. AAPEX is scheduled to take place from Tuesday, November 5 through Thursday, November 7, at the Sands Expo in Las Vegas.

The Exhibitor Booth Camp in Detroit will be held at MAHLE Aftermarket, Farmington Hills on June 25. The Las Vegas Booth Camp will take place on June 27 at the Sands Expo in Rooms 308 – 310. Interested attendees will be able to sign up by filling a form online or may visit the AAPEX website: aapexshow.

Offered free of cost, the Booth Camp is for both first-time and returning exhibitors. A panel of AAPEX buyers will attend the Booth Camp to share their views on what motivates them to visit a booth and what they expect when speaking with booth staff. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to learn time-tested strategies to increase booth traffic and enhance their ROI.

Presentations will include show updates, pre- and post-show planning tips, promotional opportunities through sponsorships and how to save money on booth-related expenses and services. Exhibitors will also be able to meet the AAPEX team and official AAPEX vendors one-on-one. Exhibitors at the Las Vegas Booth Camp will additionally have the chance to participate in a networking reception and to tour the Sands Expo.

AAPEX 2019 represents a leading global platform for the more than $1 trillion global automotive aftermarket industry. Providing a platform to more than 2,500 exhibitors, AAPEX helps showcase the latest products, services and technologies from around the world. The expected target buyer turnout is 48,000 in 2019. Attendees include automotive service professionals, auto parts retailers, warehouse distributors, service chains, automotive dealers, fleet buyers and engine builders. This year, it is believed that approximately 162,000 automotive aftermarket professionals from 126 countries will be visiting both AAPEX and the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
